how can i know what IFO and BUP files go with the right VOB files?

hi folks,
i've got this dvd from which i only would like to have the bonus material in order to copy it afterwards to an empty dvd. i extractet all the VOB files only from the bonus (not the actual movie), the menu VOB file inculded, and all the BUP and IFO files.
my question is now: if i burn all of that to a dvd, would everything be right and workink ok so that i have the whole bonus material working fine or would it be all messed up? if it would be messed up then how do i know what BUP and IFO files match with the correct VOB files so than i can sort things out to make it work?
