It takes almost 1 minute for the DVD X Copy Platinum program to load on my 900Mhz Windows Me computer. What can I do to speed this process up a bit? Any suggestions? Thank you

If you have DSL or Cable for the internet disable it before launching. You shouldn't have this stuff running anyway if trying to do video especially with this program.

I have a 2.8GHz comp. Before, I had 512 MB of RAM, and I increased it to 1 GB...that looked like it sped it up a bit. I don't think you can do much except increase your memory or lower your processes running.

I have DVD X copy platinum, I haven't tried it yet with the decripter. Does it have the ASPI layer or did you have to set it up?
