Right, first of I tryed backing up my Shrek 2 DVD, made a coaster first time then noticed that in drive setting there wasnt a tick in the box saying Enable cd recording on this drive, so I ticked it and had success.

Then today I tryed doing Simpsons Season 4, made 2 coasters this time even though everything was ticked correctly, Hmmm any ideas.

MY PROCESS:
Start with DVD Decrypter 3.2.3.0
Then use DVD Shrink 3.1
Then finnish with Nero 5.5.10
using a Pioneer 106D Ext DVD-RW

Hi Spike,
Have you tried backing it up just using Shrink? I have found sometimes that keeping it simple works best. Just a though.

why don't you try the newer versions of DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink?

Cheers to both reply's, I just noticed on bottom of DVD it states, "This DVD is Copy Protected To Provent Viewable Copies Being Made"

Anoying as I like to backup my dvd's to keep original safe, but I noticed this message on most new simpsons dvd's, though not on season 3.

I will try updated software soon.
