DVD X copy4038 Platinum write problem

Hi,
I've been using DVD X Copy for a few weeks now but have run accross a problem I haven't had before. I always use the express mode becuase it is easy. When I tried to make a copy of one of my Indiana jones discs for the car it seemed to read just fine. WHen I put the blank disk in it started to write,but then after a minute it went to finalize and just hung there with my pioneer writer humming along. I tred it again with a fresh disc after another read and the same thing happened. I have been usig the same discs for writing all along and have had no problems. I know india jones is dual layer but Ive used expess before to burn my Jean luc picard discs to a single layer no problem. Any Idea as to what is going on? Thanks
