I use Bit Comet and my downloads rarely exceed 70 kb/s. I have a bandwidth of 1.2 mb/s. I just want to know is there a way to make it download at the rates you guys talk about. Around 300 kb/s.

hey, been reading this thread and noticed someone talking about not needing to forward ports, just make the port a big number and download off uk-torrents, iv'e tried to use uk-torrents but i cant find the site, if any1 knows it or any other FREE ones please tell

latest versio of bit tornado only takes about 20 - 25 meg of your memory and these days the average pc new should usually have 512mb of ram atleast thats not even a 20th of your memory total so no were near domineering your memory capacity

i am using bit tornado and my download speeds almost never get about 15 kb/s i have comcast high speed internet and i have looked around and heard about port forwarding and i tried that i think i did it right i set the ports to listen to to 6881-6891 and put my comp's IP address as the server ip address and im not getting any difference in my DL speeds please help
