ok i use ifoedit to strip main movie only and the dvd is still bigger than 4.7 g its about 400mb bigger is there any other way to make the dvd 400mb smaller????

If you already stripped out all of the unnecessary languages and subtitles, you will probably need to reencode with TMPGEnc or ReMPEG or similar. You could edit the movie so some of the movie is left out like say the credits at the end or some of the intro. I don't know how much of the original movie you want to save, but at 400 mb, your best bet is to just reencode. I also noticed you said 4.7 GB not 4.37GB which is what will fit on a DVD. I don't know if you have burned anything yet or if this is your first one.
