Alternative to Manitools 123 Audio Video Merger?

Do forum members have recommended alternatives to Manitools freeware for merging audio files? The problem I've having with 123 Audio Video Merger is that the resultant merged file, when added to DVDXShow only plays the first of three tracks, with the other tracks without sound. I couldn't find any help forum for this product.
