Can anyone out there help. I purchased DVDXCOPY Gold from 321 studios 9 months ago. I recently had to reformat my gard drive but i cannot activate the software because i cannot find my licence number and password. I have my customer ID No. I have loked for 3 weeks to find the information without any success. How can i activate the software without knowing my licence no. and password
