This is the first time my play wouldn't paly a video I dload and burn. I extracted the files and it gave me the usually video_TS audio_ts files. Used nero burnig rom like usual. But when I go to play it,the play say area limitions. So I used DVD_SHRINk to change the REGION setting to all. And it still give me that fault. It only plays on my computer. Any one know what happening. Thanks

Your downloaded file is most likely in PAL format so you'll need to convert it to NTSC. Run a forum search for "PAL to NTSC" and you'll find everything you need to know :)
