I need to cut out sections of vob files i have.
Can anyone recommend program that's reasonably easy to use please.

Do you mean you have a DVD on your harddrive in VOB files and you want to cut out parts of the movie?

DVD Shrink will do this if you don't want to keep any menus (using the "start/end" feature. See here... http://www.dvdshrink.info/reauthor_intermediate.php
