I have been through many burners over the last few years and find the Pioneer models the most reliable. I love the new 108 model.

I just bought the IOMEGA super DVD burner.
It is external so I can move it around too.

it has 16x, it does DVR+R, DVR-R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW, CDR, CDRW.
It does Dual Layers too.

I got it at Compusa for $99 day after thanksgiving day sale

I absolutely love it, My burnt DVD's play perfect on my tv dvd player too!
