No audio when playing DVDs

Hello everyone,

I get no audio whenever I play any DVD on either of my two DVD ROMs, with WinXP and InterVideo WinDVD. I heard of GSpot and it gives some messages like "MPEG1_Payload no installed and when I try to render, it fails. I tried the Nimo pack but nothing happened. I don't have much knowledge about DVD stuff. Any help will be really appreciated. Thank you.
