If not, what program can I use to copy say, "Virtual Pool 3 for PC"?

no you cannot copy games with shrink, but you can copy pc games with either Alcohol 120% or Blindwrite5...I almost forgot..Clonecd

if you need help copying the game ask your question in the CD-R forum

most games for pc are on cd but their are some pc games that are dvd
