dvd x copy platinum registration problems

can anyone help me. I have went thru all steps to get registered thru dvd international and can login on their website with my license # and password; however I still cannot click on the icon to access dvd copy. It prompts me for license # and password and a proxy server. I have tried both with and without my proxy server #'s with no luck. I called to verify my IP address from my cable co and they tell me I have a dynamic IP address. Does anyone have any information that can assist me on the next steps to take? I made sure my date format was correct, my firewall and antivirus was down, etc.

Hi army wife,
I'm not sure whay you are trying to use DVD X Copy, but the sight you are trying to go into should have a support or FAQ page that could answer your questions. There are better and free programs out there like DVD Shrink & DVD Decrypter to name a few.

So how long you been a Army wife?
