Problem with Samsung SW-248F R605 firmware

Hi,

I've been experiencing noise problems from this drive for a while. So I'll sum up the problems with it basicly:
//I have just installed latest firmware from samsungs live update thingy from r603 (I Think) to R605, No luck\\
1.) This drive can be incredibaly noisy. Lets say I'm burning something, When I press eject a load screech sound happens (Of course it is safe to eject at this time, As the cd is fully burnt and finallised), If I put in a audio cd, same ejecting screech occurs, Even when I have quit media player, It sounds quite bad now, And it happens regularly but not all the time.
2.) Nero says "Burn Proccess failed at 48x" even though the cd is fully readable in my other drive and other pcs, Very annoying. I use Verbatim Media,
