DVD XPress Stop Working

Hi,

I was using the DVD XPress installed on my desktop but stopped working. I was able to copy
more than 30 DVDs until I run into this problem. Initially, the last backup I did completed
step 1 and about to complete step 2 of 2 (waiting for "... finalizing" stage but never
happen). I just thought the process hung so I shutdown the desktop and power it back after
a couple of minutes. This time, step 1 of 2 did complete but after inserting the blank DVD
disc and click OK, step 2 of 2 shows "COMPLETE" right away. After a few minutes, the task
manager shows "DVD X Copy XPRESS v3.0.2 Not Responding". I uninstall the whole program
(DVD Gold + Xpress) and deleted the 321 folder on the registry key (both on ...LOCAL
MACHINE and ...CURRENT USER)then boot the PC. Installed the software, boot and tried again
and still the same.

I'm just wondering what's going on?

I did not try the DVD X COPY Gold for I don't want to copy a short movie into two Disc. Is thier an option to just select 1 Disc?

For additional info, I'm using Sony VIAO, XP Home edition, SP 2; Pent 4 2.40 Ghz, 480MB RAM.

Any suggestion,input,recommendation on what to do is greatly appreciated.

Here are your options.

1) If you want to continue to use XCopy you need to post your question here ---> http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

2) Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter
