hi,

i'm trying to download:

i used Streambox VCR Suite 2, but it doesn't seem to work...

Right click on the 79 Byte redirector file you downloaded and select Open With > Choose Program > Notepad.

You will find the actual stream URL.
http://www.dominorecordco.com/resources/video_files/bpb_no_more_workhorse_hi.rm

It is good practice to always use stream URL's when downloading and not use the redirector URL like you were doing because of this reason. Much more information on finding stream URL's and much more at the site below. Start with the FAQ's.
