yes, actually it does - it speaks in volumes about the sites authors & their skill, the java for one thing was TOTALLY Screwed. im not saying it was simple - it was fucked up. intricate web design discourages users? no it don't the more intricate and professional - the better.

hmm.. maybe its your junk mail settings or antivirus preventing the links from working correctly..

lol, learn how the world works? i didnt know life was all about torrents? hmm, it probably is to u, cuz u a computer geek huh! well i rather be a "n00b" then a geek. i least i know i have life that way. who invented "noob" anyway, prolly some geek who wanted to separate himself from normal people who only use computer in their spare time. oh and using zeros instead of 'o's makes it much cooler huh! lol. dude, talking to u is like talking to a fucking baby. fine, ill be a "n00b" along with the millions who enjoyed downloading from suprnova. u can keep ur wussy crying if u want. im out

lol you dont have to be a geek to know where to get your stuff from. It makes you a n00b cuz you dont know where to get your stuff and for saying supernova has fast speeds. If 5kb or 50 kb is fast for you then whatever. But alot of people enjoy speeds of 500 and plus.

Honestly, I was just browsing around, looking for decent torrent sites, when I came across this spectacle of one-upmanship. I just don't understand how someone can put down a website, especially when they don't have something better to offer. I personally never had the opportunity to use supernova, honestly, I don't pirate that often, and when I did, I would have a friend do it for me. But I decided to try it out. Now, I'm not saying anything for or against something that I haven't seen, but the fact that you are saying something negative about how they set up their webpage suggests to me that you think you can do it better. And if you can do it better, then why don't you? Another point is that I have a hard time understanding why you would devote so much time to debunk a website that doesn't even exist anymore. You seem like intelligent people, and I really think that the time you spend on knocking a site that doesn't exist anymore would be better spent on learning how to create your own piracy site. My last point is that the fact that these people built a site that was large enough to take heat from the people that would care says a lot about them. They were willing to take the heat for a lot of you people that used, or attempted to use it as the case may be.
I'm wondering if you would build a site that would do the same.

there are people in this forum(me and maybe some others) who can make a better torrent site. The thing that keeps me from doing a tracker site is the copyright laws in the USA.

Supernova used to get me everything i needed .
A few sites are ok but nothing compares to supernova and the old sharelive .
Why do you call people noobs when they dont agree with you ?
I have tested alot of the bt clients and the sites ..
Supernova was a great site and i downloaded eveything with great speed .
Imo ,These other sites are not that great and i have yet to get one download finished or find what i am looking for .

granted - suprnova had a lot of torrents, but they were from other sites using other trackers - it was a dumpbase.
ratio sites are so much better

supernova worked . bottom line , it worked .
the links above hardley work as good . however way supernova put their torrents together ... things got downloaded .
it was well known and that did help , i agree ..but it was what it was .
i have yet to find something that compares. so far sharelive is the only one i can think of .

I think i have been to almost all of the sites and even tested unknown clients from sourceforge etc ..
trust me , ive tried my options.

On supernova it was easier for you to get caught by the MPAA and/or the RIAA. On private sites you have a smaller chance on getting caught. Also supernova consited of getting the stuff from other places (trackers) they usally didnt have it upload themselves.
@gnome: Have you tried torrentbytes and elite torrents? Those are two of the best torrent sites out there with the fastest speeds and fastest releases. Thats why once they prunce accounts in a matter of minutes the user limit is full again
