I have about $600.00 to upgrade with. I initially need to buy a Case, Power supply, motherboard, processor, memory and graphics card. I will temporarily use all my drives.
My question is do I go with the fastest Athlon xp or Sempron, P4 or spend the extra money for the 64 bit chips? I do a lot of video editing and encoding, some games . Thanks.
