Think Virtual Dub should do the trick.

i don't think VirtualDub would do it, unless you get virtualdubASF ? i forgot its name.

i've done it. and i think i just use TMPGEnc and convert the audio to wav.
i haven't tried how to Demux, well wmv is crap, so i avoid most of them...

I think Tpmeg would work better. I was forgeting that you could do stuff like that with it.
