DVD X Copy Gold Version 3.02

I have DVD X Copy Gold version 3.02 and I have been continually having the same problem with this software. When I start the software I click "I agree" then I click "no" for if its a borrowed dvd. Then the next screen doesn't pop up. If I go to processes it shows that dvdxcopy.exe is running however the screen doesn't pop up no matter how long I wait. I have reinstalled the software and have gone through the "black list" numerous times but I still have the same problem. If anybody has experienced the same problem or has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Have you tried your question in the X Copy forum??

You are more likely to get an answer there. Many members are giving up on X Copy for other better software. (DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter)
