Anybody out there know how to reformat a pc or do i need technical support?

if you mean a clean start you need your windows os cd and you place it into your Master cd/dvd drive turn it off turn the pc back on and it SHOULD start to reinstall windows and reformat your Master HD .......

make sure you have the 25 character keygen/code before you start or you will be very stuck with no password when it asks for it

thanx that's a great help, my pc mucked up after i uninstaled mcafee securtiy centre, it just left me with nothing except the internet
