DVD's with more than one movie

I have been using DVDTOMPEG to backup my dvd's, but I find that DVD's that have more than one movie, I.E. Sopranos or band of brothers, this program only works for getting the first episode. I've tried to use smart ripper to get the other episodes and then use DVDTOMPeg to encode it, but I have had all kinds or errors. IS there a better program for this process, or is there something I am not doing? Any help would be appreciated.

Something I found with multi-episodes is this :

1) if the .m2v file is more than 4.0gb, and you use FAT 32....dont expect your programs to recognize them.

2) If you use Smartripper to extract the .m2v file....and the .ac3 files. then, in DOS use the command line :

copy /b file1.m2v+file2.m2v...etc combination.m2v this appends all the files into one big file.

Note : this doesnt always work when importing into DVDMaestro
