I am trying to burn a dvd from one drive to another

When i click go on Clone DVD 2 an error pops up saying:

The system cannot find the path specified

C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\eraser\PAL\Video_TS\Video_TS.IFO unable to open file

It wont allow me to burn
any help would be greatly appreciated

If you are trying to burn a purchased dvd movie, CloneDVD does not have a decrypter built in. You need a decrypter like Anydvd or DVD43 to work with it. Also burning from one drive directly to another drive isn't the best way to do it. Best to rip to your HD first and then burn back to the blank dvd. Less chance of burn errors and buffer under runs.

C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\eraser\PAL\Video_TS\Video_TS.IFO is not a path to your ripper (ROM), it's a path to your desktop.

I assume "burn a dvd from one drive to another" means from your DVD ROM to your DVD Burner.
