does this version bypass the new protection like on little black book? its gone 26% with no trouble... ill reply if it works :D

matrix infiniy modded ps2 (broken, burnt out PS1 fuse)
xbox(freshly softmodded with krazies)xbmc dash. Stock HDD.

66%...... seems to be going very slow 1.7x... usually reads 4-6x

That's just because your drive hasnt spun back up yet probably.

Thats common on discs with bad sectors.

i had the same problem with troy and papparazi
it was able to decrypt them ...but it did it really slow, like at 1.2x or 1.0x

Elf burned at .7x for me and came out with no audio. I was trying to read (write to the hdd) a burned version of Shrek 2 and it stopped at 46%. Did the same with Shrink too.

Compaq computer- $1200

DVD burner- $100
PS2- $300
Xbox- $150
PSTwo- $150
Wirless kit- $50
The pain and frustration I go through with all of this Crap- priceless. Some things in life are free... others suck...

5 hours last night trying to back up Troy and nothing ..... The new Decryptor did the trick, maybe a little slower but still worked. I can wait a little longer no probs here.

to all you guys trying to rip and do other task at the same time of course it is going to slow down you should just walk away when it is decrypting unless you have a dual processor comp where you can tell it to use one processor for some task and the other for other task. decrypting is hard on a system.let your comp have all it resourses when doing a backup look at your cpu usage during a backup.

yes.... i know.. im tryin to say that.. it normally reads at about 4-6x.... it doesnt with these new movies

did the new decryptor work for these new dvds or not ? such as Resident Evil 2

the new decrypter worked fine for resident evil. the whole process still took the same amount of time as it did before. maybe there's something wrong with your computers, or you're multi-tasking? i always step away from the computer when i'm backing up dvd's. doesn't take long! haha

It's perfectly normal for Decrypter to slow down when it encounters read erros and that is what's happening with when decrypter tries to read the bad sectors that are part of this new protection. After it gets past the bad sectors it'll take a bit for the drive to spin back up to full speed.
