if anyone could tell me what i should be looking for to do specific things with my computer......
1. backup dvd's
2. edit photo/video files
3. some video games

anything in the form of memory size, processor speeds, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

p4 2.4 or equal for cpu, 512 meg or higher but depends on os, 128-256meg agp video, 60plus gig hd

dvd burner such as pioneer 108d which also does cds. might have to get an interface card or box for between vhs & computer
