First off I want to say how impressive you all are in your knowledge! Thanks for the forum!! I kind of wish I would have found this forum before I purchased what I did.

I'm having problems with Studio 9 capturing all the audio/sound when I try to capture from a VHS tape. For those who are not aware of how it does it, it uses a USB cable at the PC and the 3 jacks at the other end which plugs into the VCR. I get about 20 to 35 seconds or so and that's it. I can hear the sound when I use the preview window. So I know it's getting it. I've tried it without the preview window on too. I did what their tech support said. So far, it still drops the audio/sound. Has anyone else had this problem?

Am I wasting my time trying to get this to work? Should I get a video capture card to capture the video and use Studio to convert it to DVD? If so, which ones should I consider.
