Does anyone know if you get halfway through (or less) downloading a tv episode for example and accidentaly close the window thus stopping the dl if you go to dl it again do you have to start from the begining or will it pick up halfway through as i cant find the file anywhere

i am using Bit Tornado, trying to dl scrubs... we in the UK are so far behind. Why can't they just release it to buy on DVD or put the new series on TV less than a year after the US so i don't need to do this?
