i have a verbatim brand nec dvd+r nd-1000a i am using dvdxcopy platnium and dvd cloner 2 and i can only get them to work noW and again most timeS it kicks the disk out and fails the copy how do i update the firmware to read cheaper disks i tried the download from nec of nd-1100a firmware but cant get it to go please help and be as descript as possible if you can pf you know how to crack the firmware or another that will work
