Quiet DVD burners?

I am looking to buy a quiet dvd burner after my bad experience with the noisy LG CD burner. When you put an audio cd in the LG it spins up and is mechanically noisy. Can anyone recommend good dvd burner that they are useing as well as compatability for playing + or -dvds?

The nec 3520 is inaudible. Totally quiet. And it has great compatability.

okay you are refering to your CD burner beaing loud. Any cd burner regardless of the brand will be loud if it is a very high speed one such as 52X. I have an LG dvd burner and its completly silent.

Both my Plextor PX-708A DVD/RW and Plextor Premium CD/RW are dead silent.
