OK I followed all the directions needed in order to increase my download speed (Posted by cam). I added 6881 and 6889 to linksys. I then added each number to the xp network connections. My download speed has increased to 15 kb, but I thought it would increase to 150 kb plus. I do have both norton protections (regular and internet). Is this why my download speed is still slow? Please help. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

try using different ports then 6881-6999. In Azureus you can change the listen/tracker ports to whatever you want. Then open them in your router. Some ISPs limit bandwith on those ports, so that may be why you arent getting the speed you want.
I dunno if it will work, as it didnt for me and I still cant get anything more then 80kbs on my 3mbits line.
