It keeps telling me to set my client up to recieve the file, and then times me out. How do I go about doing this. Thanks for the help.

yea i had the same thing, this is what you have to do.

Click Tools >options >DCC> Ignore, then remove all the file types you want to download..i just removed them all..also make sure the "Method" box is unticked as well as the "Turn ignore back on in"
