PEAK Nvidia Graphics Card TV/OUT please help

Dear All, I recently brought a new graphics card
NVIDIA® GeForce? FX 5700 LE 256

Mainly for the Tv out capabilities but I can not for the life of me get it working.
I have tried following the usual tutorials, downloading the latest drivers but to no avail.
I tried using Tvtool 5.5 but when I start the program I get an error message saying no tv chip can by found I contacted the company that makes the card and they have reassured me that the card has tv out.
I was just wondered if anyone has this card and had simular problems.
