DVD2SVCD -- NTSC to PAL conversion

Hi,

When I try to do this using DVD2SVCD sometimes the finsihed Mpeg becomes somehow "stretched".
So lets say the original NTSC runs for 90 minutes, the resulted PAL Mpeg is 115 minutes.
This however only will happen if I'm doing a 4:3 copy.
If I select 16:9 (anamorphic) it doesn't.
It even shows when doing the CCE encode that the running time of the film will be longer.

Anyone pls????
