hi my dvd burner as changed to region 2 and i need region 1. my question is how do u change it? it will not let me change my region for some reason?

How many times have you changed the region? Most drives only allow so many changes usually around 5 before they lock into the last one. Just guessing here.

Another way round the problem is to have a program like AnyDVD running in the background, which automatically unencrypts any DVD you put in the drive and does not require you to change the region of the actual drive for it to be recognised.

i believe there are also cracks to reset the counter for the number of times you can change the region of the drive to 5.
