I try to read most of the post too fix emule slow download speed, but now i ran into another problem. when i run emule, i can't open internet explore or any other application that have to do with the internet. can anyone help me with this? thanks in advance.

I would start defrag , disc cleanup and then run a program like adaware se. I have emule and the download really depends on how much you are sharing.

i run tune up sofware and system mechanic every other day. so i'm sure that i don't have junks or spyware. but the problem is that it kill all of my bandwidth when i have e-mule on, this is really annoying. i can't even open IE to check my mail or anything when i have emule on.
