EMULE, WIRELESS LAN, NO CONNECTION

Hello people,

i have a great problem here.

So, i LOVE emule for many reasons. I came to england to study, i bought a LAPTOP and wireless LAN (BELKIN Wireless G USB NETWORK adapter,802.11g, 54mbps, 2.4ghz)

so, i go to the library to connect to lan and thus to internet wireless...


i tried to connect emule too but i could not, TCP & UDP tests both fails...

for other programs i use these options :

PROXY: slb-webcache.hull.ac.uk
Port: 3128
Username: **********
Password: **********

(i used these options in order to connect to MSN)

i used them also for Emule, but they didnt work...

I use a special edition of virussCan that our university gave us. I have installed winXP with service pack 2. i have the firewall off...

so.... you have any idea??? then tell me!
