Hi all,
I have two questions which i hope are straight forward (mainly cos i'm not much of a techie).
1st are there any other IRC programmes apart from mIRC, i used to use that in uni but now it seems i have to pay for it and even the trial version dosn't seem to like my comp (keeps shutting straight down)

2nd, my torrents (BT) are constantly on yellow. The main prob i have is that the upload is much faster than my download (ul~ 25 kB/s dl~1-4 kB/s)
My settings are dsl/cable fast with upload rate at 45 kB/s and max uploads set to 6.
I have a 512 line which is fast for everything else including limewire.
Please can anyone help?
System stats are belkin wireless router/modem with belkin pc card, Win XP SP2, new v good comp all bells and whistles, using Pipex a UK based BB ISP.

Any and all help much appriciated.

2.. your problem is mostlikely windows xp2 you need to patch it with something called 4662 if I recall rightly as win xp2 limits your connections at 10 and sometimes will shut down to
