I have a 1mb adsl connection and only get 0-6 kbps download and upload speed.

I've looked at all the posts but none of them apply to my style of router. The setup screen has different boxes etc that others.

Theres a tab called "application gateways" and on this screen i can type a four digit number (e.g. 6881) in "trigger port" then can select either tcp or udp, same applies to the public port except i can type a longer number (e.g. 6881-6889).

Any ideas on how to open the ports.
