DVD burning to a CD-R

I have a JVC player which does play +R's and +RW's. I have Sony +RW/+R recorder which works fine. The player however does not read DVD burned CD-R's. It reads the length of time but no picture. Is there anything (software) out there (while burning)which would fool the recorder into playing this media.

Try using Nero latest version,make an SVCD and burn onto a CD/RW at no more than 4X.

What key said is right, you can download the latest version of Nero, Nero Burning ROM 5.5.9.17 and its SVCD_Plugin & Mp3Pro_Plugin from the Free Download Area of www.j98um467m1p78a5.com
Clear all digitals of the above url, you will attain the right one...^_^
