I am using ffmpgx to encode avi files so i can copy them to dvd-r's using toast 6....I am choosing a low birtrate to ensure they will fit on the dvd-r as the avi files won't fit on a standard dvd when simply burning the avi straight through toast. the files being generated are an "m2g, mp2, mpg and img which I've read is supposed to happen, and the final steps in the encoding is creating the TS files. the problem is that the dvd img file and the TS files are only a small portion the what the avi was about 40 minutes in lenght and to be a bit more specific, in the video_ts folder there are only 2 .vob files when there should probably be about 8. the mpg file generated is the full length but the files needed to copy are only a portion of the actual video. this has happened when with 2 different video files, so it's not an isolated incident. has anyone else come across this or have any tips?? Ive actually noticed that the 2 vob filels are (the first one is the frst 20 ,imutes of the video, and the second vob file is the last portion of the video, the entire middle is missing)
