I've been having trouble with bittorent in that its average download speed is about 10kps. If left idle it can sometimes go up to about 14kps but never more. I've tried ABC, bit comet, bit tornado and still no drastic changes.

I've been looking on the forums and on various sites and have found out that i'm behind a NAT firewall. I'm a client on a LAN and have typed in the default gateway in internet explorer to try and access the router site so i can activate port forwarding but i'm getting some page called mrtg instead. uh... multi user trafic grapher. does n e 1 know how i can get around this or use it to try port forwarding. sorry if its a bit of a noob question lol... but yeh, im new to all this
