ive just started using nve3 to convert an avi to dvdr
ive try three times.
the thing is that when done burning files to hdd or disc every thing seems fine. i open the vob files in nero showtime to test um at the start of the film the audio is just slightly out of lip sync the futher though it gets worse near the middle of the film the audio is out by as much as 2 sec(approx) and really unwatchable. i am using custom settings in the video options so that the quailty is as good as i can get making the disc size 4.37gb.
the sample format is set to auto
the resolution is set to 720x576(ccir-601 d1)
encoding mode is high quailty (2 pass vbr)
and the audio is set to stereo

i have updated to the latest version of nve,changed the audio setting to dolby(ac3)and auto and i still get the same thing. should i use some other program to convert or is there something im not doing right
any help whould be nice

system spec
athlon 64 3200
1 gig ram
fx5700 ultra
