Attention all Gurus,

Has anyone researched, experimented and/or tested copying DVD movies to an SATA interface DVD Drive? Approximately how much faster is it wallclock time?? How is the integrity of the copied movie?? Clean? Or, any Pixelation? I am about to hook up a new Plextor 712SA and do some benchmarking. So, if you have any thoughts let me know and stay tuned since I will be posting some interesting material in the near future. Thanks in advance,

Optical drives don't even saturate the PATA interface so there's no speed advantage for SATA not to mention the burn speed is dictated by the drive itself not the data interface :)
