DVD X Copy Wont Open

Ok, Maybe someone can give me some advice some help, I just installed DVD X Copy 4.0.3.8 and I click on the icon and it wont open the only way i can use it is if i actually take the file and recopy back into the folder which is getting pretty sickening to do everytime i want to copy a dvd. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but nothing seems to work and I ran Ad-Aware SE and Spybot Search and Destroy and Disk Defragmenter to see if maybe that could help it did nothing, so any information on this would be helpful.

Maybe you can get your money back and try DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.

That's just wrong wild77 you know no one can get there money back for DVDXCopy there out of buisiness. Decrypter and Shrink Will get the job done on all of these movies people are having problem with. The Grudge,The Forgotton ect,ect,ect. Rip with Decrypter in file mode.You need to be running NTFS format on harddrives XP or 2000 for best results. after ripping with decrypter fire up shrink creat ISO file and then burn with Decrypter or Nero. Remember the read is just as important as write, if your running 2 dvd rom drives and having problems with video freezing up try doing reads and writes with burner. My Sony DDU1621 does not like Single layer media (D5). Going to replace it soon with new Asus DVD rom drive, I got a couple of friends using Asus (DVD-E616P2) This drive is fast and has nice quality rips.

Xcopy products are stil being sold and supported by dvdxcopy-international,they offer a 90 day money back gaurantee.Personally I would not pay the $$$ they want!
