Good dvd authoring tool (Not DVD Maestro)

Does anybody know a good DVD authoring tool besides DVD Maestro. I can't seen to get ahold of a copy of it. I have Ulead DVD Workshop Trial, Ulead DVD Movie Factory trial, and the Sonid MyDVD packaged with my DRU-500A drive. I have the .m2v file as well as the .AC3 sound file, but can't author them together. I also have Chapter Xtractor to get chapters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, can the authoring feature of IFO Edit be used effectively?
