I cannot reactivate my account with dvd x copy express version 2.5.1 I have tried just about everything, please help!!

IMHO XCopy is crap. Download Shrink and Decrypter and you should be good to go. Toss in Any DVD and that should be a winning combo. There are guides posted to help you along until you're comfortable with these programs. Shrink is very easy to use.
