.wav to 5.1 .ac3 with BeSweet do not work

I want to use the BeSweet SW to convert stereo .wav into 5.1 .ac3 surround sound. I followed the description but after 20 min calculation time I got xyz.ac3 files with a size of 0 KB
During the calculation time there was stored in a tmp directory the files of each channel. But after the SW tries to bring this files together (muxen?) the SW deletes the files in the tmp directory and the target file(.ac3) still haves 0 KB of size.
What is wrong?
