Can anyone tell me what's the different between + and - R....which one is better for backing up PS2 games?

all depends,this debate is endless

depends on what version your ps2 is
v4 and above can use dvd-r/dvd+r
v3 below-only dvd-r
dvd+r are said to be better for loading constant read dvd.games like gta.sa

anyway.what am i saying.this belongs in the ps2 section
