Macrovision's Riguard is not due out till the end of this year. I have no doubt someone will find the work around. If Macrovision has admitted it' not completely full proof.

Anybody try the movie "In Good Company" DVDDecrypter wasn't able to do so. Said there was some bad tracks. Went back to the store and had them exchange them 3 different times. All 3 times it couldn't do it. DVD Shrink and AnyDVD didn't work either. Was it possible that many bad discs??

There are a plethora of issues you may have. Media, burner. But if you haven't had issues in the past, it may be another issue that was discussed on this forum. I wish I could remember, but with a little effort on your part, you can search the forum for the command lines that need to be entered in the DVD Decrypter config file (I THINK it's the .ini). Something to do with Country/Region Codes that may cause Decrypter to fail. If you search and find these entries to add to the Decrypter config file, that may help. I have this info at home and I will post it tonight on this thread in case you can't find it. Good luck.

Thanks for the idea.. I got the Newest Clone DVD to be able to do so. Without any errors. Figured I had it working good.. tried on the ol' dvd player.. and BAM, nothing. Tried the other... BAM... plays warnings then stops. Getting baffled.. I decide to try one other DVD player. Went to my parents house, and it worked fine. Which really had me baffled. I had bought one specific to dvd-r's which it is on. So I think this good copy is on Bad Media, or poor media.
XMEDIA DVD duplicator couldn't do it. The pains we go through.

No problem. Glad to hear you got it to work. The problem you have with burning and media playback is constant issue. To many factors. When you think about the burner you used, the media you burned on and the DVD player you playback on, the permutations are endless. Some media just doesn't work on some players. You can scan the media section in this forum and read about improving your chances with better media, but the compatibility issue will always exist.

This is different media I bought this time. Figure I will try one the way I normally do with DVDDecrypter and DVD Shrink. See if it is actually the media. Who knows if it is.. then I best look at getting one of the K.I.S.S. DVD players.
